Urupan and Tangancícuaro
I decided to make these two stops on my way to Colima. Both these cities have small national parks in or near them. In Urupan the park consists of a river with some waterfalls that is surrounded by jungle. The park near Tangancícuaro is a lake with crystal clear water.

Dia de los Muertos is celebrated in Mexico on November 1 and 2, and the towns surrounding Lake Patzcuaro have some of the most vibrant celebrations in the country.
